Stew/Cook for a 52ft Boutique Luxury Crewed Catamaran
We operate a 52ft boutique luxury crewed catamaran with a well-established charter program in the Adriatic and are seeking a passionate Stew/Cook to join our team for the summer season.
Our charters focus on exceptional guest experience, relaxed elegance, and high-quality cuisine in a beautiful Mediterranean setting.
Position Details:
Season: Late May – Late September
Base: Marina Kaštela (Split), Croatia
Charter Style: Mostly 7-day private charters
Guests: Up to 10 (typically 4–8)
Role Overview
This is a dual role combining culinary creativity, interior service, and deck assistance. You will work closely with the captain to deliver a seamless, high-end onboard experience.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare two beautifully presented meals per day (breakfast and lunch or dinner)
Create varied, fresh, and flavourful menus tailored to guest preferences
Maintain a spotless, well-organized interior
Manage provisioning of food and beverages
Serve drinks and light snacks throughout the day with professionalism and warmth
Assist the captain with docking, anchoring, and sailing when required
The galley is brandnew,spacious and fully equipped, featuring a large cooking island, 5-burner stove, two ovens, dishwasher, and all necessary appliances.
Crew & Accommodation:
Crew: 2 (Captain & Stew/Cook)
Shared cabin with bunk beds
Air conditioning and private bathroom
Ideal Candidate
Confident preparing high-quality, beautifully presented meals
Naturally warm, discreet, and service-oriented
Excellent communication skills and fluent in English
Positive, adaptable, and proactive mindset
Minimum 1 year of yachting experience
PWC or small boat license is a plus
