Captain - Permanent - Min exp 3 years - $6000 - British Virgin Islands
Looking for a strong Charter Captain/Engineer/Divemaster and Mate/Chef/Stew established team for a 76ft Charter Cat in the BVIs. Captain can pick own team (runs as 4-crew boat). Wonderful owner, great condition boat. Not too many charters currently on the books so a nice calm integration period with a few charters remaining in the season, sailing down island for hurricane storage over the summer, etc.
Must have proven longevity in a role (2+yrs), all necessary certs ready IN HAND (RYA Offshore, STCW, ENG-1, B1/2). Must be willing to go through work permit process. Must have proven experience self-managing a charter boat business, do most maintenance themselves and be able to work totally independently, managing contracts, logistics, communications, legal documentation, etc.
