2030, we cast off
Hi there,
We are a couple around 50.
As our children are getting older and need us less and less, we are seeking our next adventure.
We came to the conclusion that we want to discover the world thru the oceans, we know nothing about sailing but we believe, like pirates did, that ocean is the last place of freedom, at least until the aliens arrive with spaceships :)
Our project is to buy an old motorboat to retrofit to electrical propulsion.
The objective would be to cast off in 2030.
The amount of knowledges and skills for such an ambitious project will require a crew, which is good because we also want/need this adventure to be social.
We picture a boat between 20 and 30 m with a crew from 6 to 9. If more people are interested, or if we are not all compatible roommates, the idea of a fleet would be nice and securing. We want an horizontal organisation with enough spaces and a comfy private cabin for each one.
We define ourselves as anarchists and think that the earth would be a better place without borders nor nations. We're convinced that capitalism is definitively not the right option to preserve an ecosystem. We are strictly against all form of domination or segregation.
Even if we are more than aware of the dystopian cyberpunk world we are all living in.
