Cruising crew and company for 2026 season wanted
I am planning my 2026 cruising season and am looking for a suitable crew member to join me aboard for an extended period.
Rather than setting a fixed itinerary, I’d like to plan the cruising route collaboratively, taking into account both your interests and mine. This approach suits someone who enjoys flexibility and shared decision-making.
I am ideally seeking a solo female crew member who is happy to share daily onboard responsibilities, including watches, cooking, cleaning, and general boat upkeep. A positive attitude and willingness to contribute are more important than formal qualifications. Cost-sharing arrangements can be discussed and agreed depending on experience and length of stay.
Duration:
Minimum 3 months, longer preferred if the arrangement suits both of us.
Vessel:
Fully equipped 15-metre cruising catamaran, set up for comfortable liveaboard cruising.
Requirements:
Non-smoker
No alcohol consumption while underway
Comfortable with early starts / early mornings
Able to live cooperatively in a shared onboard environment
