1st Mate - Temporary / Seasonal - United States
We're preparing to sail from California to Japan aboard a sturdy bluewater vessel, fully equipped and undergoing its final preparations. We’re looking for 1–2 experienced (or fast-learning) crew members to join us for this unforgettable journey across the Pacific.
Details:
Departure: Soon (May–June preferred for trade winds)
Route: Pacific crossing via traditional trade wind route
Boat: 36-40ft bluewater sailboat, currently in good sailing condition
Compensation: Free passage, meals aboard included
Expectations: Helping with watch rotations, navigation, maintenance, and general good vibes. Some experience preferred but not mandatory if you're eager and willing to learn.
