Sailing in the Carabian from St Lucia to Aruba

I am looking for two crew members to sail with me from St Lucia to Aruba, setting off around the 15th May depending on the weather. The boat will then be laid up for hurricane season in Aruba.

I am an easy going 46 year old Englishman who has been living with my wife onboard our boat for six years.

The boat is a 31ft hallberg rassy Monsun, she is well equipped, a very comfortable boat at sea even in big seas and high wind. We will be using the three berths in the saloon while underway, so you don't get much privacy.

You will be expected to help with doing watches, setting sails and steering (although the electric autopilot will be doing some of this), do some cooking and cleaning inside. I would like someone with some experience of sailing, ideally on a smaller yacht as they are very different from large catamarans.
