Panama westwards to FP, Samoa, Soloman Islands, etc. to Thailand

Recently retired CEO and lifelong ocean sailor is continuing a voyage from Malta to Phuket on a 53 foot Oceanis Clipper with cutter rig. I am looking for experienced sailors with skills in electro-mechanical, rigging, sail handling, watch-keeping, cooking and general deck work.
The journey is relaxed and fun, no deadlines, no friction but daily work to care for our ship is essential. So, if you tend to be lazy or argumentative, please don't apply!
We all share the cost of food on board but all the boat expenses are mine. We have four double cabins each with its own bathroom and shower and air con too. We are now in Shelter Bay marina, Panama.
