Looking for one crew member Hamburg-Dublin or as long you can
I want to deliver my boat (Westerly Pembroke 26) from Germany (Hamburg) to Dublin. The Ursaminoris (little Bear) is a quite seaworthy boat especially build for the north Atlantic ocean, which can take a crew up to 4 persons. However, I think most of the time we will sail with a 3 person crew.
To the boat: as I said it is a quite seaworthy boat with a length of 26 feet. Even so she is so short she has a lot of place to live in the salon. I refitted her the last year and made every important system redundant (safety is a huge priority on bord). Before the trip I will add a survival raft and a second (small) outboard engine.

To me: I am Oliver and I will start in Dublin my PhD in ocean chemistry-so I am very hooked to the oceans. In Dublin I will live on Ursaminoris to fulfill me a big and long lived dream. The Ursaminoris is my first boat and I don't have a lot of experience with the Northern/Irish Sea. However I sailed as a crew member long trip's before in various sailing boats. And this year I was the first time Skipper of this boat from Lübeck to Berlin.
What I expect from you: I am looking for a open, and sailing experienced person who has experience in the navigation of tidal waters. And most important who has fun at sailing and is open to share their sailing skills with me. If you can't come all the way it is fully okay you can also join the crew :)
Costs: I carry all costs like fuel and boat repair by my own. I also can cover most of the on bord costs like food (we can discuss this in person:). Hence you only have to organise the trip to Hamburg and back from Dublin.
Languages: Everyone on board will be able to speak English and German. So you should be able to speak either English or German.
If you would like, you can get to know me and the boat in Berlin whenever you like. Prior to the trip I would also like to train (1 day or so) safety driving (person over boat and so on). This could also be in Hamburg or the harbour wherever you want to join.
