Crew needed for Atlantic crossing

We are looking for an experienced crew member to join us in our first Atlantic crossing, leaving from Miami May 22ndish and Bermuda on the 1st of June and headed to the Azores (sailing takes around 2 1/2 weeks). We are sailing as part of a rally with other sailboats. The boat is a 42 foot monohull.
Onboard is captain Sloan, and 2 crew members, plus a service dog.
We'd like you to be an experienced blue water sailor, preferably with ocean crossing experience.
