Greenwich to Falmouth

Sailing from London. Greenwich to Falmouth to take part in the Falmouth classics regatta 1st of June- 16th. Rosebud is a 45ft overall Gaff rig cutter.
I have two experienced crew and in looking for another to join. Some experience would be good but not essential, just a positive attitude and an interest in learning would be great.
