Join our adventurous team for an exhilarating transatlantic sailing adventure with the ARC+ Rally that departs November 9 and concludes by December 11, 2025 (note: pre-departure activities begin October 29 2025).
We are a married couple embarking on our first trans Atlantic crossing and we’re seeking TWO seasoned sailors with offshore experience to assist crewing a well-equipped, 12.5m catamaran departing from the Canary Islands to Grenada via Cape Verde.
Preference given to a qualified couple or close friends as the crew bunk is shared.
Experience with significant, multi-day, blue water crossings is mandatory.

***Opportunity exists for crew to join the boat prior to exiting the Mediterranean and transit to the Canaries with us (early October).***
Your primary accountabilities and responsibilities will be to:
Stand watch (day and night) as per watch schedule.
Assist with vessel operations, weather planning, and emergency procedures, with a priority on safety for boat and crew.
Participate in daily briefings and assist with sail plan management based on weather and navigation.
Adhere to agreed upon boat/crew rules and procedures. By example we are not dry boat but alcohol will only be consumed in moderation and not while on watch.
Share in other onboard duties such as maintenance and repairs as required.
Our priority is to find experienced and seasoned crew to help ensure a safe and efficient trans Atlantic crossing. As such, meal preparation, housekeeping, laundry and general boat chores will be the responsibility of the boat owner.
