Yatch to Vanuatu

Sailing from Opua in the Bay of Islands, New Zealand to Tanna Vanuatu. Then island hopping The yatch is a Herreshoff Neria 36, made of Kauri.
Looking for 1 female crew member. To volunteer Unpaid posistion to help keep watch and share the cooking with. No prior experience is needed I was or will leave single handed otherwise.
Someone who is eager to learn & work. There will be lots of snorkeling, and sailing to different tropical islands. Im an artist and hopefully get time to paint and draw.
Looking for someone open minded who looking for an adventure.

  • Boat descriptionThe yacht is a wooden ketch, a classic 36foot Herroshoff Neria, made of Kauri and Totara in 1965, The yacht has AIS, Chartplotter, with digital charts, VHF, EPERB, life raft ect. 4 cylinder Perkins engine, all new ropes, some new rigging, It is quite full of things to take to the islanders, She sails well, she has won the bay of islands tall ships 3 times, so she sails quite fast for passage making. I'm sailing from Opua, Northland New Zealand to Tanna in Vanuatu, then on to Port Villa, I'll be sailing north through the islands to the Solomons. Cheers Ben.
