Delivery Crew - Temporary / Seasonal - Canada

Need experienced and novice sailors to deliver two sailboats from Vancouver island, British Columbia, Canada; to the big island of Hawaii, via west coast of USA and transpacific from long beach California.

One 1989 50' William Garden center cockpit ketch/cutter
One 1980 36' Horizon pilot house ketch

Both boats are in good condition for a pacific crossing.

Need crew for whole journey and/or parts of it.

First leg: Vancouver island to Bellingham Washington.
Second leg: Bellingham to Coos bay, Oregon
Third leg: Coos bay to Eureka, California
Fourth leg: Eureka to Long Beach, California, with potential stop in the bay area(SF), California.
Long beach to the island of Hawaii(big island), Hilo port, via a short stop at Santa Catalina island.

Looking for crew who want to build miles, get experience, have a great adventure, and volunteer for a nobel cause.

Need to have at least minimal experience with sailboats, small boats, or large boats.
Must be easy going and kind. No argumentative know it alls or jerks.

Musical talents are a big plus as are skills with mechanics, electrical, navigation, provisioning, and storytelling.

Must get along well with other random people and be willing to share space and be considerate.

Can do all or part of the trip.
Departure from Vancouver island will be in beginning of August.

Basic meals will be provided and airfare will be considered, depending on skill level.
