Captain - Temporary / Seasonal - Min exp 6 years - Greece
Summer 2026.
Looking for a couple captain and stewardess/deckhand/cleaning for seasonal job around the Mediterranean, for a private sailing boat 18m with family ambient. Relax is the key goal, anchoring in beautiful places for few days at the time.
Also works for me to hire 1 person as a captain that is whiling to multitask with hosting, cleaning, cooking, hands-on, etc.
The position offers salary and a cabin with a double bed to share with the positions on the offer, hence the couple requirement, or a single crew (captain) whiling to multitask.
Main tasks on this position (couple or single handed):
- Captain, navigation, etc.
- Engines basic maintenance (oil change, inspection, filters change, etc)
- Washing the deck every time we touch port.
- Keeping compartments clean tidy and organized (sails, fenders, etc)
- Cleaning of heads, interiors, cockpit.
- Changing beds.
- Cleaning the galley.
- Setting the dinghy
- Preparation before season, and preparation for winter after season.
- Digital/administrative knowledge (outlook, onedrive, etc)
