‘Girl Friday’ - companion/crew

Good evening.
I am currently cruising in Italian waters near Otranto in the Ionian Sea with a 2003 Bavaria 49 sailing yacht(3 x cabins). I have two couples on board who are friends but they will depart from Brindisi on 19 August and I will be alone on my yacht. I am looking for a female companion / crew to help me sail my yacht. I can sail her alone but would prefer company. Experience is desirable BUT not absolutely necessary as I would quickly teach the basics to achieve competent crew status.
I am an Ocean Yacht Master with 40,000 Nm experience who has cruised in Europe extensively and sailed my last yacht from St. Petersburg, Russia back to my home in New Zealand. I am a fit and active male and sixty something. Looking for a female companion / crew 40 - 60. I will haul my yacht out in Preveza , Greece in the first week of October 2025. This unpaid position is available from 20 August when I will return to Brindisi where the two couples will disembark and until haul out in October.

Raymarine instruments and Chart Plotter, depth sounder, radar etc. Safety 6 x life jackets 6 person Ocean life raft 4 x fire extinguishers all dry powder plus fire blanket Container of flares in date smoke, parachute , and hand held. Life ring & throw rope. Drogue and tripping line. Sails well with up to date maintenance. A performance cruising yacht with everything needed for a long distance cruising. A well proportioned high strength yacht - displacement 14 tonnes. that is easy to sail.
