Looking for experienced skippers

We are looking for experienced skippers as part of the Global Sumud Flotilla, an international initiative organized by the Global Movement to Gaza (GMTG), Freedom flotilla coalation and Sumud. Our mission is to sail humanitarian aid and solidarity boats across the Mediterranean towards Gaza, challenging the blockade in a peaceful and lawful way.

For this, we urgently need qualified skippers who can:

Safely navigate vessels between 12–25 meters on offshore routes.

Lead and coordinate international crews with mixed sailing experience.

Ensure compliance with maritime standards and safety regulations.

Support the success of a highly symbolic and humanitarian mission.
