South to Belize
32' Hunter Vision equipped for liveaboard/offshore. The Vision is a blue water boat with a buld/wing keel and a standing mast.(no rigging). 80 gallons of water tanks, extra fuel tank, full solar, large bimini, Yanmar 3GMF. Raymarine Axiom 9 w Autopilot. Anemometer. Very good sailing manners in wind/ waves. Room below for 2 crew. The salon is like a 36' boat. Hot water shower. 24v electric macerating head. 24v refrigerator + pressure cooker. Alky stove.

I am a blue water captain (59) with years offshore exp. including deliveries in the Caribbean, Windward Passage, (2x), Turks, Bahamas, BVI, Panama, Jamaica... I am also a marine mechanic. Not the biggest hotshot but a lifelong sailor, owned several boats. I normally solo.
I also spearfish and deepsea fish a lot. I like to snorkel hours a day. I used to be a pretty good freediver. If you can eat rice and fish for a while.
at least a month in Belize, etc. The Rio Dulce. I speak fluent Spanish and French.
I have lived aboard for long enough to know how its done comfortably. The boat is equipped accordingly. You can Youtube Hunter Vision 32 to see what the boat is. The route is mostly downwind.
You must be a good swimmer and strong, with good eyesight and the usual sailing exp.

There are stores onboard but while onshore be prepared to buy yourself a cheeseburger and drinks.
1st mate gets the whole forward bunk/cabin. 2nd gets the salon, which is large.
the boat will be down in the Western Caribbean indefinately, with plans to visit Cartagena, Panama islands, possibly going through the canal to French Polynesia etc. next year.

Do not go with this guy
His name is [hidden] I was supposed to join him for a trip to Florida, he knew I had little experience and non on the ocean. He said he wouldn’t care teach as we go but he says everything you do is wrong with no explanation no help or anything he is a huge narcissist that lied about a lot with the 5 days I was with him saying he knew what to do and that he don’t care about you he got drunk and was telling me he wouldn’t care if I fell off and he wouldn’t get me. Safety wasn’t big on his mind and he kept saying I was like his ex wife always ruining everything and horrible he told me to shut up a lot and he seemed to be abusing when drunk I left him at new jersey because he got worse.
