I have a first mate signed up, looking for one volunteer crew

Delivery of a Leopard 45 catamaran in excellent shape: Most importantly the autopilot works. There will be three aboard; so 3 hour watches. I'm looking for an experienced offshore female mate.
This will be a tough windward trip, 13 to 18 days. must be flexible on timing. We will leave during hurricane season ( late October or so) when we have a good forecast. Must be able to live without internet, but 3 or 4 stops are probable for keeping in touch. Route will be something like Rio Dulce to Caymans, or north side of Jamaica, then depending on tropical disturbances, north side of Dominican Rep. to Luperon, then south side of Puerto Rico to Virgin Islands and south to Saint Martin.
