Captain - Temporary / Seasonal - Saint Lucia

We’re seeking a skipper for either our Harmony 52 or Beneteau First 40.7 for a Caribbean cruising trip. While an RYA Instructor qualification is preferred, it is not essential. Commercially Endorsed YachtMaster Offshore or Ocean is required. Our priorities for those onboard are safety, enjoyment, and skills development. Rates of pay are negotiable but will be in line with industry standards. We do have the option to extend this opportunity further into 2026.

The boat was well taken care of, had enough safety gear. Neil -the skipper- was awesome, I learned a lot. Recommended.
