Atlantic crossing west to east

I am looking for crew on shared basis ( food, diesel, entry clearances)to cross the atlantic from martinique to rotterdam in may/june 2026.I am a dutch citizen who crossed solo the same route in 2022. Little experienced is needed, but if so, even better. My boat is a 53 foot cutter equipped with a windvane steering system.
