Join us onboard our Oyster 56 - Ionian Islands

We are looking for crew to join us on our Oyster 56 as we explore the stunning anchorages of the lower Ionian Islands. We liveaboard full-time and love sharing our sailing lifestyle with friendly, adventurous people who are eager to learn, help, and enjoy life at sea.

Why are we looking for crew?
We enjoy having like-minded, easygoing people onboard who can contribute to the daily running of the yacht, participate in sailing, and share in the adventure. Crew help create a friendly, collaborative atmosphere and can learn firsthand about the liveaboard lifestyle.

What we expect from crew members:
• A willingness to participate in sailing, provisioning, cooking, and general maintenance.
• A friendly, cooperative attitude and readiness to learn.
• Flexibility and a sense of adventure to enjoy anchoring in bays or visiting marinas along the route.

What crew can expect whilst onboard:
• Hands-on sailing experience in a relaxed, supportive environment.
• Opportunities to assist with daily routines including cooking, cleaning, anchoring, and minor repairs.
• Comfortable, well-equipped living aboard: Starlink Wi-Fi, aircon/heating, watermaker, washing machine, RIB dinghy, kayak, and inflatable toys.
• Flexible boarding along the route, with the chance to join for a minimum of 7 nights—or longer.

Itinerary:
We cruise the lower Ionian Islands, visiting beautiful anchorages and harbours including Lefkada, Meganisi, Ithaca, Fiskardo, and Agia Pelagia Marina, Kefalonia. We anchor whenever possible and only use marinas when necessary or preferred.

Type of person we are looking for:
• Friendly, adaptable, easygoing, and willing to be part of a small team.
• Enthusiastic about sailing, exploring, and experiencing life aboard a yacht.

Skills:
No specific skill set is required—anyone willing to help, learn, and contribute is welcome. Experience in sailing, cooking, or boat maintenance is a bonus but not essential.

Costs:
The daily rate is €100 per person, covering onboard consumables, linen, Starlink Wi-Fi, dinghy and outboard, and water. Food, fuel, and marina costs are shared among everyone onboard. Maximum 4 guests per trip.

Nearby airports:
Accessible via Preveza (PVK) or Cefalonia (EFL) for easy travel to and from the yacht.

Join us for a hands-on, flexible, and unforgettable Ionian adventure, where you can learn, explore, and experience the liveaboard lifestyle firsthand under the guidance of our Yachtmaster Instructor and commercially endorsed ocean captain with over 40 years and 60,000 nautical miles of experience.
