Baja California to Costa Rica & Panama
Crew spots available this year
We’re opening a small number of crew spots for people interested in joining us aboard as we sail and explore parts of the Sea of Cortez, Mexico Pacific Coats, Costa Rica, and possibly Panama this year.
We live onboard full-time. This is shared life on a boat, not a charter and not a passive experience. We’re looking for people comfortable contributing and adapting to everyday life on a boat.

Availability and cabins
We’re fully booked from February to March.
Outside of that, we have limited availability throughout the rest of the year, depending on crew spots and sailing plans. Most stays are three weeks or longer.
For each sailing period, we have space for three people. Ideally one couple in the double cabin and one solo person in a single bunk. Once those spots are filled, they’re gone.

What joining looks like
You’d be coming on as working crew. This includes watches, sailing tasks, cooking, and general upkeep. Sailing experience is helpful but not required.
What matters more is being reliable, communicative, and able to function well in shared space. Boats are small, conditions change, and everyone needs to pull their weight.
There’s a contribution of €40 per person per day, which goes toward shared food, accommodation, and boat operating costs.

Who this tends to work well for
This usually suits people who are grounded, flexible, and easy to live with. People who can take direction when needed and understand that safety and cooperation come first.
This tends to appeal to people looking to build sea miles, gain hands-on sailing experience, or travel in a slower, more involved way than flying or backpacking.

About applying
The boat is our home and crew spots are limited.
If you’re interested, send us a short message introducing yourself or yourselves, your availability, and whether you’re applying as a couple or solo. We’ll take it from there.
