Deckhand - Permanent - United Kingdom
A classic 32m sailing yacht on the west coast of Scotland requires a deckhand for a busy 2026 extended summer season with owners and family. The yacht is privately owned and non-charter. The sailing program will be UK-based cruising. The Deckhand will be in charge of ensuring the exterior of the yacht is kept to a high standard alongside duties such as tender driving guests, owners and crew, detailing and organisation of deck supplies.
This yacht does a lot of sailing over the course of a summer season including various regattas, and takes all of the crew to sail effectively, so sailing experience is important. Classic sailing experience preferred but a keen, strong learner is sufficient. It is a high paced environment, with benefits and a strong current crew.
