I looking for Chef/Stewardess/ sometime Deck
From May onwards, I looking for an Chef/Stew/Deck (joker) to join Lagoon 620 family yacht cruising in the Caribbean.
Position duration:
? May – September
? Caribbean
? Private family yacht (not charter)
? Relaxed, enjoyable environment – no hard pressure, no rush
About the role:
This is a true all-rounder position. Nothing extreme or demanding — the key is being organized, tidy, positive, and willing to help where needed. Good attitude matters more than long CVs.
Requirements:
? Basic cooking skills required (you don’t need to be a chef, but you must be comfortable in the galley)
? Clean, tidy, and well-organized
? Able to adapt to a family-style onboard environment
⛵ Sailing and navigation experience is a plus, but not mandatory
If you lack sailing or navigation experience, that’s not a problem.
Lagoon 620 is a great platform to learn, and I’m happy to teach and pass on the necessary knowledge.
Future plans:
The yacht is planning to cross to Europe around March–April 2027.
If we work well together and the chemistry fits, you may be invited to join the long-term crew.
