Poole to Greece

I am looking at moving my Bavaria 49 from Poole to the Greek islands sometime in July I need to have an experienced sailor to assist with the passage. All boat expenses will be paid by me including all on board food etc.
I am an easy going, fun loving, sociable, experienced yacht master.
The person I am looking for must be able to fully handle the boat during their watch.
