1st Officer - Permanent - €DOE - General (Europe)

Looking for a strong, experienced sailor, some regatta experience a plus.
Minimum 4 years experience, YM offshore, STCW etc. Strong, energetic, organized, good practical skills- paint, varnish, winch servicing etc. Small crew and busy deck means 75% practical, 25% paperwork.
6 crew, 6 guest, family yacht, occasional charter, plan to take part in superyacht cups in the future.
