Chef - Day Work - General (Caribbean)
We are seeking an experienced Chef for a private catamaran charter cruising the Lesser Antilles from March 4–28.
This will be a high-level corporate retreat at sea, hosting elite international athletes and high-performing individuals. The atmosphere onboard will be refined, discreet, and professionally managed.
During the entire voyage, we will be filming a documentary-style production capturing the journey and lifestyle onboard. The final content will be distributed across our media platforms, which currently reach approximately an average reach of around 1.4 million views per project.
We are therefore looking for a Chef who is comfortable working in a professional yet social onboard environment and who feels at ease with filming taking place in the background.
Requirements:
Strong professional culinary background
Experience on yachts or in high-end gastronomy
Ability to work independently in a compact galley
Fresh, vibrant menu creation adapted to Caribbean conditions
Preferred:
Minimum 3 years of experience living and/or working in the Caribbean
Knowledge of local sourcing and provisioning logistics
Positive attitude and strong team spirit
Compensation to be agreed directly with the charter owner, based on experience.
