Crew position available to sail from Trinidad to Panama canal

I am looking for a competent crew to join my wife & I on our 44' steel hull, centre cockpit monohull from Trinidad to the Panama canal & possibly further. Looking for a reliable & friendly person who can do watches, sail trimming & is knowledgeable on navigation. We are a relaxed cruising boat who enjoy scuba diving & wildlife. I, as the captain, enjoy cooking & am a mechanical engineer. My wife is a physiotherapist. We would expect the crew to contribute towards their food & drinks on board .
