Virgin Islands to St. Maarten

Waiting on a weather window to cross from the Virgin Islands to St. Maarten currently. Looking for crew to assist with the passage and maybe stick around if everyone is amenable to that afterwards. Crew I had/have left or have to be back before it looks like a good weather window will be seen at this point.

Need a person/people competent to stand a solo night watch. I expect this to be mostly motoring for an approximately 20 hour period once the weather window hits.

Crew pays for their own flight to/from. I'll handle fuel, immigration fees etc. Meals or drinks on land everyone pays for their own.
No drinking while/prior to underway. No illegal substances allowed onboard. Smoking can be done outside, while downwind if desired.

After getting some electrical upgrades installed in sxm, I'll be cruising further south (to Grenada for hurricane season).

Spare lines/parts onboard for engines/toilets (electric) etc. Rarmarine electronics (Axiom chartplotter, autopilot, 2x I70 displays), VHF, Fusion Stereo with 3 active zones. Boat and rigging surveyed/inspected January 2025. USCG Documented, fully insured.
