Trip From the Netherlands to Nice France

The plan is to sail my Dufour 56 from the Netherlands to the south of France. The boat was bought a couple of years ago with the idea of eventually moving it to the Mediterranean. Sailing in the northern part of the North Sea can be quite challenging due to strong currents and tidal ranges of more than three meters, and anchoring is often not practical. In addition, the Mediterranean offers a much longer and generally warmer sailing season.
If the weather allows, we will sail as much as possible, including longer passages and quite a bit of night sailing.
The boat is well equipped with modern safety gear, as well as a watermaker, generator, solar panels, and autopilot to make the trip comfortable and efficient.
Because of the night sailing, I plan to sail with four crew in total so we can maintain a good watch rotation. I am aiming for a mixed crew of two men and two women.
I’m looking for easygoing people who enjoy being part of a team. Sailing experience is important, particularly with night sailing, and I’m hoping to find someone who is confident and comfortable on board.
