Steward(ess) - Temporary / Seasonal - €2500 per month - Italy
We are seeking a Deckhand/Stew to join our 22m motor yacht for a seasonal position in Italy. The successful candidate will assist with the daily operations and maintenance of the vessel both inside (galley, laundry, cleaning etc) and on deck, while ensuring the safety and comfort of guests during Mediterranean cruises. Responsibilities include handling lines, managing deck equipment, performing routine maintenance, tender driving and assisting with navigation and watchkeeping as needed. Ideal candidates will possess relevant certifications, experience in a similar role, and a strong work ethic. A commitment to teamwork and attention to detail are essential, along with the ability to adapt to a dynamic environment. Proficiency in basic seamanship and knowledge of safety protocols will be vital for success in this role. This position offers an opportunity to learn from an experienced Captain and exploring the Mediterranean region.
