A 23m privately owned, sailing yacht based in Italy is seeking a seasonal Deckhand / Cook to join immediately until 15 November 2026. The yacht operates with a permanent Captain and requires one additional crew member for the season.
This is a hands-on, all-rounder role suited to someone adaptable, practical, and happy to support across all aspects of the vessel. Responsibilities will include assisting with sailing and deck operations, general maintenance and upkeep, as well as preparing simple meals for the Owner and crew.
The ideal candidate will have a genuine interest in sailing and enjoy cooking as a hobby, rather than being a qualified chef. A flexible attitude and willingness to contribute wherever needed are essential, as this is a varied position on a smaller yacht.
