Deckhand - Temporary / Seasonal - Min exp 2 years - €2000 - Italy
We are seeking an energetic and motivated Solo Crew Member to join our 18m family yacht. This is a hands-on Deck/Stew position requiring previous professional yacht experience and a positive, can-do attitude.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the yacht to a high standard, including exterior cleaning and detailing, assisting with docking, mooring, anchoring operations, and general deck duties. Interior responsibilities include housekeeping, laundry, preparing and serving simple lunches and refreshments, and ensuring guest areas remain clean and welcoming at all times.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, can multitask efficiently, and is willing to assist wherever needed. We are looking for a team player with strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a genuine willingness to learn. The owner is highly involved and offers a unique opportunity for the right candidate to gain valuable knowledge and experience.
