Chef / Stewardess – Luxury Bali 4.8 Crewed Charter Catamaran

British Virgin Islands | Seasonal Position
Early November 2026 – June 2027

Join an exciting luxury crewed charter program operating aboard a Bali 4.8 Sailing Catamaran in the beautiful British Virgin Islands.

We are seeking a professionally trained Chef / Stewardess who is passionate about exceptional hospitality, culinary excellence, and creating unforgettable guest experiences. Working alongside an experienced Captain, you will be responsible for delivering five-star service while maintaining the highest standards of cuisine, interior presentation, and guest care.

This position is ideal for someone who is energetic, organized, personable, and thrives in a fast-paced luxury charter environment.

Primary Responsibilities
Prepare exceptional breakfasts, lunches, canapés, and multi-course dinners.
Create fresh, creative menus tailored to guest preferences and dietary requirements.
Provision efficiently while managing galley inventory and budgets.
Maintain impeccable galley cleanliness and food safety standards.
Deliver professional table service, cocktails, wine service, and guest hospitality.
Maintain all interior spaces to luxury yacht standards.
Manage guest cabins, laundry, linens, and interior detailing.
Assist with docking, mooring, line handling, fender management, and tender operations.
Assist guests with water sports and onboard activities.
Work closely with the Captain to ensure seamless charter operations and exceptional guest satisfaction.
Minimum Qualifications
Professional culinary training from a recognized culinary institute or accredited chef program is required.
Minimum one (1) year of professional sea time aboard sailing yachts or crewed charter vessels is required.
Previous experience as a Chef/Stewardess or Sole Chef aboard a crewed charter catamaran is strongly preferred.
Demonstrated ability to prepare high-quality international cuisine, including Caribbean, Mediterranean, North American, vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and allergy-sensitive menus.
Strong baking and dessert preparation skills are an asset.
STCW Basic Safety Training.
Food Safety / Food Handler Certification.
Current ENG1 (or equivalent Seafarer's Medical).
Valid U.S. B1/B2 Visa is required.
Valid passport with the legal ability to work in the British Virgin Islands.
Excellent spoken and written English.
Strong swimming ability and confidence working around the water.
Professional references from previous Captains, Owners, or Yacht Management Companies are required.
