Liveaboard Crew Opportunity – Caribbean (Grenada to Antigua) | Nov 2026 – May 2027
Looking for the right person—not just crew.
I’m seeking a responsible, self-sufficient individual to live aboard and help manage a well-maintained sailing vessel cruising the Eastern Caribbean this season.
This is not a charter role or party boat. It’s a low-drama, high-trust arrangement for someone who values time on the water, structure, and independence.
The Role
Live aboard full-time
Keep the boat clean, organized, and well maintained
Monitor and manage basic onboard systems
Handle light maintenance (nothing heavy or technical)
Be available to assist when I’m aboard and we’re sailing
You’ll often be onboard independently while I travel in and out.
What’s Provided
Private liveaboard accommodation
Starlink internet (ideal for remote work or staying connected)
Basic food provisions
All utilities covered (power, water, etc.)
The opportunity to live and travel through some of the best islands in the Caribbean
Cruising Plan
November 2026 through May 2027
Primary areas include:
Grenada
St. Vincent & the Grenadines
Martinique
Dominica
Potentially Antigua and surrounding islands
Some stays will be a few weeks in one location, others will involve island hopping.
Ideal Candidate
Responsible and highly reliable
Clean, organized, and proactive
Comfortable living aboard independently
Basic sailing or boating knowledge is helpful (not required)
Remote worker, traveler, or someone looking for a unique seasonal living setup
This is best suited for someone who:
Wants a stable base in the Caribbean
Values independence over constant social activity
Understands that this is a caretaker-style role with major lifestyle upside
Important
This is an exchange-based opportunity (not a paid crew position)—room, board, connectivity, and lifestyle in return for maintaining the vessel and being available to assist.

First Mate and competent crew member.
I have spent the past 5 months in Panama on a 70 ft Formosa ketch. We took her through the canal and delivered her to her owner. I qualify as crew member on Brandison. The voyage is well thought out and the catamaran is beautiful.
