Delivery Crew - Day Work - negotiable - Netherlands
I am looking for an experienced crew member or co-skipper to help me deliver my Aloa 29 from in Amsterdam to Ketelhaven on the Ketelmeer.
The trip is planned as a one-day passage, mainly under engine, and should take place as soon as possible. The exact date will depend on availability and suitable weather conditions.
I will be on board as the owner and would like to complete the delivery together as a team. I have sailing and boating experience but am currently out of practice, so I am looking for someone who is confident, calm and experienced enough to support me with navigation, harbour manoeuvres, locks and general decision-making during the trip. I would also like to learn and regain confidence along the way.
The boat is an Aloa 29 from 1978 with a Volvo Penta MD7A diesel engine. The engine has recently been started and tested successfully several times, but practical experience with older boats would be very welcome.
Fair payment by agreement.
