intended is a direct passage but if weather requires us to wait for it to improve we might do a stopover
Crew roles: The candidates should have sailing experience, be able to stand night watches alone, have boat handling experience, be good team players, have no dietary restrictions, like it clean and tidy.

Madeira: cruise the island
Canary Is.: > cruise, haul out
other destinations: rest, reprovisioning, crew change
Departure from Cabo Verde is quite firm end of March.
