THE MODEL — COSTS CLEARLY STATED
Strictly non-profit cost share: boat charter at agent pricing + regatta entry + racing insurance (Regatta Coverage). Flat €1,000 per person, all-in, guaranteed — no hidden costs, no surprises; any overage is absorbed by the skipper, nobody earns anything. Free sleeping berth aboard all 7 nights. Travel to Göcek at your own expense (direct flights to Dalaman airport, 25 min away, often under €150 return; shared airport transfer organised).

WHAT'S INCLUDED
Regatta entry, full insurance incl. Regatta Coverage, 2 festive crew dinners hosted by the organising club, official UV-protection race shirt, training day + trial sail, berth aboard 7 nights. Comparable commercial race-charter programmes start at €1,900+ — this is non-profit, at roughly half that.

PAYMENT & TRUST
€300 advance on confirmation (counted toward your share), balance ~5 weeks before the event. Video call and written crew agreement BEFORE any payment. Skipper: multiple Aegean regatta campaigns, incl. overall win at Rodos Cup.

  • Boat descriptionBavaria Cruiser 41 "Cadenza" (2019) — the chartered race boat for the Göcek Autumn Race Week 2026 campaign. 8 berths, 2 heads, furling main, fully equipped for cruiser racing: full safety gear (lifejackets, lifelines, liferaft, EPIRB per charter spec), chartplotter, autopilot, VHF. Comfortable and forgiving to sail, competitive in the charter racing class. Each campaign uses a chartered boat matched to the regatta, at agent pricing through my association connection.
