Looking for some cruising friends

I have a boat moored in Portimao, Portugal. I am looking for some cruising buddies/friends to come and crew. Each trip will typically be a week duration. Typically this will be 3-4 trips per year. I’m in my late 50s some male/females or 50+ probably work.

It will suit Competent crew / day skipper building up miles.
