Sailing Greece September/October

Hi everyone, I'm Thomas (31 years old) and I'm currently sailing the Greek Islands this summer on my boat and looking for some crew for certain dates/sections where less family/friends are joining me.
I've been sailing for 3 years now, so I have my RYA Day Skipper and about 2500NM under my belt. I sailed Greece last year for 4 months, and I'm doing the same this year to explore and see all the different parts of it. I like to have a relaxed vibe on boat, and enjoy our time, when we need to get things done/manoeuvre the boat we're switched on, outside out of that life's good let's have a laugh. Really love being in the water, fishing, spearfishing, snorkelling, but also good food, exploring the little towns, hiking, finding random spots and just generally admiring nature, so that's what we'll be spending our time doing mostly. We like to split our time between anchor and port roughly 50/50, prefer to be at anchor if we can, but also at port to explore the towns and stretch the legs. We also like to cook more often than not, and cook maybe 2/3 of our meals, again if we find a good place to eat we'll be the first ones there, but otherwise chef it up.
The Boat - Nausika: Feeling 39, 3 cabins, 2 heads, pretty standard 40 foot setup. All appropriate safety gear (lifejackets, liferaft, vhf, epirb, jackstays, tethers, flares, fire extinguishers, etc.). Some fun stuff too (Dinghy, paddleboard, fishing gear, snorkelling gear, paddles, football, cards) etc.
I have 2 cabin's available, and generally find 3-4 total people on board is a good number.

Currently in the Cyclades (Tinos), but I will be heading towards Ikaria, and then hopping down the Dodecanese Islands (heading south) before heading back towards Athens through the Southern Cyclades, ready to dock the boat up for winter. We have no set schedule, so from here we'll follow the weather and anything interesting.
Pick-up would be coordinated based on dates and relevant ports
Dates: Now - Mid/Late October. I think most people will do 1-2 weeks, but happy to discuss timings of everything. There is a possibility to jump on-board immediately, but otherwise the first date will be the 7th of September
That's me. You'll be joining me and potentially some other friends/crew, so what I'm looking for, for someone to join onboard is:
Couples or singles, don't mind either way
Some prior sailing experience is preferred, but happy to teach if the crew experience is balanced
Similar vibe/interests.
Similarish age bracket (20-40)
There's plenty to do, so we all share tasks and contribute to everything that needs to be done (Sail handling, cooking, cleaning)
Flights/Transport won't be covered, generally what I have done is that I pay for everything to do with the boat (docking fees, power/water, fuel, etc.) and the crew pays for food (groceries, eating out), but i'm happy to discuss something a little simpler if need be.
Also before jumping on we'll do a quick video call just to get a feel for who each other are, as everyone who has experienced knows, living onboard together is close quarters and works best when everyone gets along well!

I'm sure i've missed plenty of info, so any questions feel free to ask.
