Marine Mechanic / Engineer – Private Motor Yacht
Location: Puerto Banús, Marbella, Spain
Vessel: 21 m private motor yacht
Employment: Full-time
Start: Immediate
We are looking for an experienced and reliable Marine Mechanic / Engineer to take care of the technical maintenance and day-to-day upkeep of a 21-meter private motor yacht based in Puerto Banús, Spain.
Responsibilities
Carrying out regular maintenance and technical checks of the yacht
Identifying and resolving mechanical and technical issues
Monitoring the overall technical condition of the vessel
Arranging and coordinating external services, repairs and maintenance when required
Searching for and sourcing spare parts, equipment and other items necessary for the yacht
Communicating with local technicians, service providers and suppliers
Ensuring the yacht is always maintained in excellent operational condition
Requirements
Previous experience as a marine mechanic, yacht engineer or in a similar position
Strong practical and technical skills
Ability to work independently and responsibly
Good command of English is required
Russian language is an advantage, but not mandatory
Ideally based in or around Puerto Banús / Marbella
Ability to commute to the port on a daily basis
Available to start from 15th of September
