We are looking for an experienced and professional Captain + Chef/Stew couple to join a beautiful CNB 80 sailing yacht for a French owner.

We are looking for a well-established couple with strong sailing experience and a genuine hands-on approach.
CAPTAIN
• Strong sailing background essential
• Previous experience as Captain on similar-sized sailing yachts
• Appropriate and valid qualifications
• Good technical knowledge and hands-on maintenance skills
• Confident with manoeuvring, navigation and yacht management
• Professional, discreet and owner-oriented
• Good knowledge of the Western Mediterranean highly appreciated
CHEF/STEW
• Strong cooking skills and ability to prepare fresh, varied and high-quality meals
• Comfortable adapting to the owner’s preferences and dietary requirements
• Good knowledge of provisioning
• Strong interior and housekeeping standards
• Able to assist on deck when required
• Discreet, organised and service-oriented
The ideal candidates will be a mature, reliable and autonomous couple who enjoy working together and taking care of a yacht as if it were their own.
French-speaking candidates would be appreciated, although this is not mandatory.
