JUNIOR STEWARDESS – 50M PRIVATE MOTOR YACHT – PERMANENT POSITION
We are looking for a motivated and professional Junior Stewardess to join the interior team of a 50m Private Motor Yacht on a **permanent contract.
The yacht cruises the Mediterranean during the summer season and operates with an international crew of 11, offering a professional and supportive working environment with a strong focus on high standards, teamwork and crew development.
THE POSITION
You will join an interior team of 3: Chief Stewardess + 2 Stewardesses.
This is an excellent opportunity for a junior candidate looking to build a long-term career in yachting, while developing strong skills across guest service, housekeeping and interior operations.
IDEAL CANDIDATE
We are particularly interested in candidates with a hospitality school background and practical training in high-end service and/or housekeeping.
Previous experience on yachts or cruise ships is welcome but not essential.
Candidates without formal hospitality-school training may also be considered if they can demonstrate solid professional experience within 5-star hotels, luxury hospitality or Michelin-starred restaurants.
We are looking for someone who is:

* A strong team player with a professional attitude
Experience in fine dining, luxury hotel service, housekeeping, food & beverage, wine service or high-end guest relations will be highly valued.
