Crew Wanted – Family Sailing Adventure in San Blas from December 2026 till at least May 2027

We are a family of 4 living on a Hanse63 and going to San Blas (Panamà) from December 2026 till at least May 2027. We are looking for someone who wants to share the experience with us.

a. About the Boat & us

Taima is a Hanse 63 – spacious, comfortable, and our cozy home. She has plenty of room and a great onboard layout. You’ll have your own private cabin and space to feel home on board. Water toys (hammocks, paddle board & wing foil), fishing and snorkeling gear on board.

Marcelo is a former superyacht captain with over 20 years of experience, and Sandra has been sailing for more than 2 years, including chartering with kids on board. Safety, learning, and good vibes are always a priority. We love sailing, being active, spending time in nature, snorkeling, fishing, island life and wingfoiling.

b. Life On Board

• Half day help with boat tasks or kids — flexible
• Light cleaning, organizing, basic maintenance
• Half day completely free
• We also may do some charters with other families, if this happens we would like you to help a little bite more and you will be paid $50/day + tips to share equally

c. Requirements
We are looking for someone who wants to share this experience in family, it’s important for us to be kid-friendly and comfortable around young children, easygoing, positive attitude and clean, organized, and responsible. If you speak English it is a plus. No need for sailing or previous experience.

d. Expectations – Please Read Carefully
This is important so everyone is happy on board:
• This is not a free ride or a passive experience
• You are expected to actively participate in sailing, daily life on board, and shared responsibilities
• Comfort around young children is essential — they are part of daily life
• We value good communication, initiative, flexibility, and respect
• Living on a boat means sharing space — a positive attitude matters more than experience
