Looking for crew from Madeira to Canary

Hello,
I am looking for 1 or 2 crew for the passage from Madeira to Canary Islands and a little cruise in the island. 13.50 monohull, aluminium, very seaworthy.
I am a sailing instructor off on holidays for the winter.
Dog on board! He is quite use to sail.
You don't need to be an expert, I am looking for help in the night watchs. Contribution for expenses: 35€/ day.
Not going to Caribbean later.
