France [Sables] to Gibraltar

One crew for crossing Bay of Biscay and onward to Gibraltar in Halberg Rassy 34, comfortable with cold wet night watches, not prone to seasickness, preferably male, pays own onshore travel and expenses. Owner pays all onboard expenses including food and diesel fuel.
Must have sail handling (sloop) experience and basic navigation and chart reading skills.
Must have open ocean multiple days' voyaging
experience. Age not a factor.
