65ft sailing yacht now in Italy

Hi
I am looking for an experienced captain or crew member who enjoys spending time on a custom 65ft sailing yacht and helping prepare it for the next charter season. As the owner, I will spend quite some time onboard and assist with the preparation activities. I hold ICC, STCW, Radio, and ENG1 licenses and am working towards my RYA Yachtmaster Coastal. For charter, I require a RYA-licensed captain with a commercial endorsement to join me. During the season, the yacht will also be used by my family for a few weeks (up to 4 weeks). The yacht is currently located in Italy (La Spezia), but I am open to discussing alternative locations. I look forward to exploring options together. Note: While onboard, I will be running my maritime business simultaneously in both France and Italy.
