Deckhand - Temporary / Seasonal - Spain

Looking for 1–2 experienced recreational sailors for an offshore passage from Estepona to Tenerife, departing 16 November 2026.

Previous offshore sailing experience is preferred. Crew must be comfortable with night sailing and watchkeeping, ideally capable of standing independent night watches.

Friendly, reliable and willing to participate in all aspects of sailing. Non-commercial passage, no salary. Boat X yachts 4.9
