Atlantic crossing Canaries to Martinique

Hi, I'm 23 years old and I'm sailling around the world on my boat Aquila a Jeanneau Sun odyssey 50DS with my dog Knox, a Newfoundland puppy.
I'm looking for crew to join me on the Atlantic crossing, I'm currently in Lanzarote and expect to be in Gran Canaria on November 15, from there leave around the 16 to Mindelo, cape verde, stay there for a few days and from there sail to Martinique making landfall around the 10th of December.
This is voluntary, all cover all the sailing expenses, you need get your own flights.
