sailing in harmony

I am looking for easy going crew to sail in turkish coast..experience in sailing and cooking skill are preferred. this will not be a paid position.those who has passion for sailing and living on sea should approach. We need tro communicate in internet prior to arrival and discuss about the experience you expect.money will not be involved ..I will be covering all expenses on boat apart from your personal expenditures travelling to and from boat will be your expense.. no couples please..
Crew Responsibilities

Galley: The whole galley area is your full responsibility. Daily tasks such as washing all the dishes, putting them away after they've air dried, keeping the stove and counter top clean. As well keeping the fridge well organizing so the old food gets used first and there is as little waste as possible. And maintaining a list of provisions we need the next time we make it to a grocery store.

Sailing & Cruising: Helping ready the boat to sail or ready to be at anchor. Setting the sails and trimming them. Taking the helm under sail or motor. As well helping to dock the boat by hanging fenders, readying dock lines, etc. Maintaining the dinghy and what's in in. As well as rinsing/putting away our gear after being in the water(never miss a day out of this beautiful water).

Cooking: Preparing meals at least half the time is very helpful. It's different with each crew member onboard. I usually work to find a groove that fits best for everyone. As well preparing food ahead of time for long voyages is a must for enjoyable sails.

General Clean Up: Anywhere you can help and clean is much appreciated. Sweeping the floors, or wiping things down goes a long way to keep everything nice onboard. Putting things that are done drying down below and just generally putting anything away that's out

This is just the basics. There's much much more that goes into maintaining this sailboat so it's capable of being a home on the water. It's a full time job that I don't ever get a break from. But hopefully with your help, the work will go by easier so we can get back to enjoying everything around us!

The 5 rules onboard ..
1. Personal Safety(Stuff can be replaced, people can't.)
2. Boat Safety(Don't break the boat or things on it.)
3. No Talking Politics or Religion on Adventureborne or the dinghy(Who needs it? We're sailing paradise!)
4. No Recreational Drugs, & I Prefer Minimal Alcohol(Let's focus our energy on living in the moment.)
5. Put everything back as soon as you're done using it.(Limited space onboard, no room for mess.)

All of your own personal expense.

Marina Fee's if we need to dock for a reason specifically for you.
